The staff was amazing and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel had a beautiful garden and a generator that helped during power cuts. The management made me feel special by accommodating my need to work quietly outdoors. The rooms were spacious and the bed was super comfortable.

The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in! The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering us a delicious breakfast in bed and allowing us to check out late without any extra charge. We were also impressed with the well-maintained gardens and the availability of an airport shuttle. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The location of the hotel was quite beautiful and comfortable. the room and bathroom were neat and clean, with towels, soap, and shampoo all provided. the breakfast was good and the staff were accommodating. the garden was well taken care of and offered a relaxing atmosphere. One highlight was the large bathtub which was perfect for a night of relaxation.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff. The stable WiFi and convenient location were also great advantages. The breakfast served was delicious and the beautiful garden was a nice added touch.

The outdated furnishings and uncomfortable mattresses in the room were a major downside, as was the lack of soundproofing to block out the noise from events taking place on the hotel grounds. The towel replacement policy could have been more environmentally conscious in light of South Africa's water scarcity, and the gate entry process was slow and inconvenient at times.

Loved the large garden and clean pool where we spent most of our days lounging in the sun. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and restaurants.

The lack of basic amenities such as a restaurant, bar, or room service was disappointing. the shared indoor public area was not set up for use and the staff was minimal.
